The Projects Marketing arm of Ray White was launched late 2005 and this division of Ray White Cairns Beaches and Ray White Cairns West was soon to have an impact in the marketplace.
Many years involvement by Principal Paul Stirling in land sub-division and new apartment sales has enabled Paul to pass on knowledge and skills to personnel who are involved in differing projects.
Due to his experience gained from past projects and his previous industry, Paul is able to work with developers on what product the market place buyer seeks and what product works well in varying locations.
