Steve Meath, one of the dedicated Home Finance Brokers based at Ray White Cairns Beaches has lived at the beaches for the last 18 years, so he knows the area and relates to the people.

Customers and loans
My extensive experience in the finance and mining Industries, and business and communication sales, means I have dealt with a wide variety of people and business situations pertaining specifically to the local area. I pride myself on supplying professional service ten times out of ten, and getting stellar results in a wide variety of situations.
Working closely with two real estate offices in the local area can often also mean faster results for my customers who are looking for their dream property. With a substantial client database at my disposal, I also have a range of tradesmen ranging from builders to electricians and plumbers, etc., along with many other service providers that I can call upon if a new client is looking for some work to be done.
First home buyers
First timers usually require more explanation of the processes involved, and I am happy to take the extra time to sit down and answer all of their questions. Whether they have already located their dream home or want to get pre-approved and start looking, I am there to assist every step of the way. I will assist in completing and lodging loan applications and First Home Owner Grant documentation, plus liaise with sales agents and solicitors.
